Striker website is a platform where you can buy quality Timber Replacement Handles for tools crafted from quality American Hickory and Hardwood for Australian Tradies and DIYers.

For future reference, please note that the below will be used in several lines throughout this document. 

Services: The service we provide with this website. We sell  timber replacement handles. 

The Website : Online platform that you can buy our products from. 

We: It means the Striker Handles under the Bellevue Group Australasia PTY LTD and its partners.

We reserve the rights to change, modify, remove, edit or add parts of these terms at any given time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. 

Striker Handles Content 

The content of this site, including but not limited to information cards, text, graphics, images, or sheets are copyrighted as a collective work under the Australian and other copyright laws, and is the property of Striker Handles. 

We hold the Intellectual property of the Striker website, any unauthorised use of our materials, or without the acknowledgement of it can and will be used as an infringement of the intellectual property rights. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Striker Handles and Bellevue Group Australasia Pty Ltd.

You may use our collateral materials, downloadable or print portions that have been authorised in writing. If you are to use our content, you will be required to acknowledge Striker Handles. Contact us for more information. 

Consumer Law 

The Australian Consumer Law sets out certain guarantees that may apply to the supply of goods and services by us. 

Purchases 

To be eligible to make an online purchase with us you will be required to register by creating an account and provide personal details. In particular, your name, phone number, email address and other requested information such as your credit card details for payment. You will be required to confirm your age for legal purpose. 

By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your purchase form for the purposes of processing and delivering your order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Our website uses cookies. By clicking any link on this website, you are giving your consent for us to set cookies. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website.

Delivery and Returns 

The Striker Handles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Striker Handles refund the credit into the same card that the payment was made within 7 days after the cancelation has been process. It can take up to 21 days FOR the credit to return to your card, depending on external parties such as card operator or banks. 

A Delivery timeframe within Australia varies from 2 to 15 days from the date your order is dispatched. If you need your product urgently contact us and a paid shipment may be arranged, however is not guaranteed that we will process your order. 

It is your responsibility to inform us the delivery details are correct, we use Australia Post and partners, so make sure you have filled out your details correctly, a fee may incur if we have to redispatch. 

We will email you a confirmation showing that we have received your order after the payment. Once accepted, your order will be dispatched by the next Business Day.

Whilst we intend to fulfil all orders, please note some items may not be available at time of your purchase. In that case, if you have placed your order already you will be advised and a refund will be processed.

No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the ordered products, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.

In the unlikely event of Striker Handles product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Striker Handles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

We aim to deliver the best in replacement handles, and returns will be acceptable on a case by case basis and according to the consumer law rights. You can contact us to request your return within the first  14 days from the delivery date. 

There is no right under the ACL for a customer to return a product if they have simply changed their mind. 

Warranties

Striker Replacement handles products comes with a  5 (five) year warranty, you are entitled to have the product replaced if it fails to be different than what was described on the website. We will replace only if it is proven the difference in product and content. 

Our warranty does not apply to any damaged product as result of customer abuse, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, unauthorised service, modifications, improper installation, or damage caused by accident.

Indemnity 

We do not provide any cover in case of injury, some of our products needs to be handled with care, as they may be sharp, heavy and can cause injury if not used for its purpose. Please handle our products for what they are designed  to be.

Consumer Law 

The Australian Consumer Law sets out certain guarantees that may apply to the supply of goods and services by us. There is no right under the ACL for a customer to return a product if they have simply changed their mind.
